Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no exceptions.
Delivery times
- Personalisation: all orders are personalised to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
- European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Order changes
Once an order is placed, we can only modify or cancel it within 2 hours. After that, your personalised case is already in production. Contact us immediately if you spotted a mistake — we'll do everything we can to help.
Returns
Non-personalised items
You can return non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Sent back within 30 days of receiving your order
Personalised items
Personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. This is because each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no questions asked.
How to return
- Email us at nntreasures.store@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any postal point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
