Is personalisation really free?

Yes — every SIGNE case includes free personalisation up to 10 characters, in your choice of thread colour and font. There's no upcharge.

What can I write on my case?

Anything up to 10 characters: a name, initials, a date, a word that means something to you. Letters, numbers, and basic symbols are all welcome.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

We can only make changes within 2 hours of order placement. After that, your case is already in production. Contact us immediately if you spotted a typo.

What thread colours do you offer?

Gold and Silver. Each pairs differently with each case colour — there's no wrong choice.

Order & shipping

How long does it take to make my case?

Personalised orders take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, and shipping is free everywhere — no minimum order.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a personalised case?

Personalised items are final sale, except in the case of damage or defect. This is because each case is made specifically for you.

What if my case arrives damaged?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and videos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

What's it made of?

Premium pebbled finish with silver-tone hardware. Wipeable interior lining.

How do I clean it?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For stains, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap. Never harsh chemicals or solvents. See the full care guide.
